There's lots of runners better than me..lots..faster ones..longer ones..that's not why I run..at the end of it all..when it's all over..and I can run no more..the golden thread that weaves through everything we do as humans..is that the love we take away from life is equal to the love we give to others..enjoy your running..and encourage everyone you come across to be the best version of themselves every day..it's what life and running are all about..

In Delhi Runners Group, we donate shoes, watches, apparel, and race funds to underprivileged runners. Adversity is the most difficult and enduring life lesson. Finishing this year with my first 100k ultramarathon. Please donate my sponsorship to Special Olympics.

January 2025
If someone had told ‘high school’ me that I’d enjoy running, I’d have said, “Yeah right!” I started running in the summer of 2009 and ran in my first 5K that September. The running community is some of the most encouraging people I know. When I’m not running, I enjoy volunteering at races and supporting runners of all athletic ability. I’m definitely not fast, but I do enjoy the challenge of a race, no matter the distance.

February 2025
I quit smoking 13 years ago. In 2013, I ran my first full marathon. The journey continued with Chicago, New York, and finally Boston in 2024 (6 years past my first qualifier). My quest has evolved into ultramarathons and includes an active 9-year running streak. Working exceptionally long hours, I usually have 17,000 steps in the bank before going for a run. Come say hello during my annual trek in the Marine Corps marathon, maybe we can get in a few strides together.

March 2025
I started my running journey in 2018. From 2020 to 2022 I was hit with COVID every year. In 2022, I contracted Dengue. Stamina erased. In January 2023, I was sidelined by a disc herniation. Running just 2 km felt like a marathon. But just know that if you set your sights on a goal, you can do it. It will not be easy. Just do not give up; for giving up is not an option. 2025 Tata Mumbai Marathon, done. I can still feel all the overwhelming emotions when crossing the finish line.

April 2025
Run strong. Eat well. Book entertainment. Repeat. I am a dad, husband, and music agent. Running is my therapy; a constant reminder I am alive. It can hurt. It can be easy. It can be addictive. And can calm you on your worst day. If you are in Toronto, let’s explore this beautiful city together. Keep running!

May 2025
I am a wife, mom of two sons, and ultra runner. While I enjoy road running and have run multiple races from 5Ks to marathons, I recently found my true passion running trails and ultra trail races; 50Ks, 24-hours, and now completed my first 100-miler in April 2025. The trail is where I can escape and find true peace and freedom in its purest form…

June 2025
I was introduced to running in 2016 by a non-profit. The charity raises funds for clean water projects all around the world. The running bug caught on, raising funds and covering an average of 4,000 miles annually for the last five years. Along the way, I have mentored and inspired new and seasoned runners helping with persistence, consistency, and improved race performance. Service has been my drive.

July 2025
In addition to running, I also enjoy walking and cycling. My husband started to really run 'with me' in 2019 and we find races to run on vacation. Keep running and remember there’s a time and pace for everyone!

August 2025
Born again Christian, avid runner (mileage addict), husband and father of two amazing men. Running is a privilege that I don’t take for granted, I have had the opportunity to experience many different places and cultures through running and influenced countless others to take up the lifestyle. I use the times and chances that I run with new people to share the gospel of Jesus Christ as part of the Kingdom Runners community.

September 2025
I am 56 years old and probably in the best physical and mental running shape of my life! I just completed a 4-race trail series, and now gearing up for a 21-mile trail race in September, a tough 50K in October, with the Mamba 100 in November on my favorite trails! This will be my 2nd 100-miler this year, following my first one this past April. The trail community is simply amazing! Grit, heart, strength, determination, and never giving up! If you THINK you can, then you CAN!

October 2025
I started running later in life because I met an 86-year-old who started running much later in life; running marathons in their early 80s. My interests include supporting the community, particle physics, mountain biking, soccer, swimming, travel, ultramarathons, and world music.
